Garlic One is a wearable pendant that records conversations only when you switch it on, converts them into notes, to-dos and reminders, and delivers a daily summary to your WhatsApp. A recording light is visible whenever it is active.

Some features require an active membership, which is offered inside your account after your pendant is set up. Prices, plans and features may change over time; the price you pay for hardware is the price shown at checkout.

Hardware is sold on a cash-on-delivery basis unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by phone before we ship. We may decline or cancel an order if the address is unreachable, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud or abuse.

You are responsible for using the pendant lawfully. Recording laws vary by place and situation. You agree to obtain consent where it is required and to keep the recording light visible to those around you. You must not use the device to harass, stalk or unlawfully surveil anyone.

Referral rewards and discounts are subject to our fraud checks. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake orders and other abuse are not eligible, and we may withhold or reverse rewards linked to them. Reward amounts are shown in the app and may change for future referrals.

The Garlic name, logo, website and software belong to TWOEPIC VENTURES. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or the service is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
