After you place an order we call or message you to confirm the details before dispatch. This keeps cash-on-delivery honest for everyone and makes sure your address is reachable.

Once confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. During new batches or high demand this can take a little longer, and we will let you know if it does.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

The price shown at checkout is all inclusive. There are no hidden shipping charges for standard delivery within India.

When your order ships, we share tracking details on the phone number you ordered with, so you can follow it to your door.

We ship across India. If our courier partners cannot reach your pin code, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order at no cost.
