We want you to be happy with your Garlic One. Here is exactly how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling before dispatch
Since orders are cash on delivery, you can cancel any time before the order is dispatched at no cost. Just reply to our confirmation call or message, or email support@garlic.today with your order ID.
Refusing on delivery
You can refuse the package at the door if you change your mind. As it is cash on delivery, no money changes hands, so there is nothing to refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your pendant arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund of any amount paid.
Change-of-mind returns
If you have paid for an order and simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the device is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be borne by you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product amount.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is due, we process it within 5 to 7 working days of approving the return, to the original payment method or to a bank/UPI account you provide for cash-on-delivery orders. Referral discounts already applied are adjusted against the refund.
Membership
Membership plans, offered inside the app, can be cancelled any time and stop renewing from the next cycle. The current cycle is not pro-rated unless the law requires it. The pendant remains yours.
